Mandarin Oriental London 2016 refurbishment works

Set within the heart of Belgravia’s most fashionable area of Knightsbridge, the Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel is a contemporary 87 room boutique hotel and winner of Conde Nast Johansen’s 2010 award for most excellent London hotel.  3cRisk have been appointed as CDMC for the refurbishment of all 87 guestrooms including 18 suites and the associated corridors.

The site was actively used by George Farmiloe & Sons until 1999 when the operations were moved to Surrey. The buildings have remained unoccupied since then, though they are frequently used as a movie set, events venue and exhibition space.
