PROJECT DURATION: VARIOUS PROJECTS SINCE 2007
Rolling refurbishment and redevelopment of their existing campus in Kensington to include the following works:
Imperial College London AMP Phase 1 & 2 - Demolition, asbestos removal, new steel beams, façade to deliver a mixture of laboratory, workshop, office, teaching and support space to allow the occupants of the North and South blocks of the Mechanical Engineering (MEng) Building to decant from their current locations. A new Break – Out Student Study space (BOSS) on Level 2, Composite Suite and Autoclave on Level 1 are also included.
ICL-Sherfield Level 0 - Excavations, Asbestos Refurbishment and Demolition Survey to ensure no Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) are present. Providing a new bar and catering facilities, toilets and facilities requiring DDA accessible with improved access and lighting, including new electrical wiring, ceilings with painting and decoration.
We are pleased to have had the framework agreement renewed in 2013 to continue to deliver our services to Imperial College.
